Hi, I’m Viktoria.

Welcome to my corner of the Internet!

I’m thrilled you’re here! Here is an old-fashioned blog with personal notes about career building, leadership skills, feminism, becoming successful (whatever that means) and more.

While this will be mostly career-focused (in the widest sense of the word), humans are multidimensional beings and I, for one, will never achieve the internet-dogma of “fitting into a niche”. So, this is also about life, hobbies, and anything and everything that crosses my daily life.

Grab a cup of coffee, settle in and let’s challenge our ideas about work & life, shall we?

Want to know more? Well, I’m Viktoria (pretty obvious, at this point, isn’t it), a born-and-raised Austrian who recently moved to Austin, Texas. I’ve lived all over the world: Austria, Peru, the Netherlands, Ireland and now the US.

I hold an MSc in International Management from Trinity College Dublin and work as an advisor in Transaction Strategy and Execution. Additionally, I started working as a trainer and coach in 2015, working with people from around the world to help them develop their leadership skills and find their voice as a leader. I’ve mostly held workshops and trainings on negotiation, networking, cross-cultural management, conflict resolution and more.

I’m also an avid traveler, a skiing instructor for children and love photography, my grandma’s Apfelstrudel, the theater, scuba diving and, really, anything adventurous. One more thing - I also truly enjoy doing things that I’m absolutely terrible at! For example, I’ve recently discovered a passion for watercolor painting and discovered that the absolute impossibility that I’ll ever produce anything that’s not terrible is great therapy for my perfectionism ;)
